can someone here tell me if some M.L.A's elected from one party can change their party's name during their election term without the concern of the people who elected them. Is there is a provision(according to constitution) saying that an M.L.A can change into a new party established after their election even without the concern of the people whom they got selected by?
If the entire party is going to be merged to a new party, then there is no problem. But, if only one MLA is going to another party, then the first party can make the MLA to lose his/her post.
