    Obtaining information is o.k.what about grievances settlement ? www.mpmla.in is not at all responding by officials.Similarly www.ap.gov.in/c2g

    You can file RTI even on grievances settlement. If you file RTI for reasons on why the settlement is getting delayed, they will do the settlement immediately.
