    Sir,
    Old citizens must obtain training to operate computers tosubmit their grievance through online to various govt. departments and political parties. The political parties also must give training to their members to resolve the public problems through online.So that money,time,transport will save.Otherwise youth must take initial steps to resolve the public problems through online management.
