Before starting my comment let me tell one important information about the policy of selling cigarrettes and liquor in U.S. stores, here no person is authorised to sell these items without looking at their Identification Card ( they won't sell if the person is less than 21 years old), if any police person finds out that they are not following these rules, their license is cancelled and they put the person may be for 2 to 5 years in Jail for breaking the rule. I never saw a person holding liquor bottle in public here in these 6 years. It is so sad to see people drinking in public on roads now-a-days in our state.
